The IIT stands for Indian Technology Institute, is a public university institution in India. In 1951, Kharagpur was the first Indian Institute of Technology. IIT is one of India's leading academic institutions.
Admission procedure:
The IIT examination is taken at level 2 to be accepted to the IIT. The first is JEE Main Analysis, and the second JEE Advanced Review. The first IIT examination must be sent to the JEE Key Examination. Students get an opportunity to take the JEE Advanced Exam after passing this examination. And when you pass the JEE Advanced test, you get a B.Tech admittance to the degree level.
Patterns of the Entrance Exam (Paper-1)

The JEE key examination (Paper-1) will be performed for 3 hours for optional questions relating to chemistry, physics, and mathematics. However, there will be 4 hours for candidates with 40% disabilities. The question paper medium is English and Hindi for all city centers in JEE Main Exam Paper-1. At the time of completing the application form, candidates can choose the language of the question paper. The right question's response is given with four marks, and for each wrong answer, a negative marking of 1/4 is made.

When you pursue IIT admissibility, you have to be 12th pass after 10th class. The State Council and the Central Board of Secondary Education certificates must be carried out for the IIT admissibility test. It is even more comfortable if you complete the 10th/12th exam with decent grades.
